GP Carer RecognitionScheme

Working within GP surgeries in Surrey we help doctors and surgery staff to recognise carers and keep them informed of carers’ rights and issues. We also make carers aware of the benefits of beingofficially registered as a carer so that they don’t miss out on the services they really need.
