The Care Challenge Series 2008 site required a new registration system to support marketing and fundraising requirements for the new season. As the third largest international development charity, CARE had to deliver this site in time and on budget.
A key part of the process was mapping out the business process of the seasons events and building the website to support this. This took some teasing out and was a useful lesson for all involved.
The content for the website needed to be arranged from lots of material that had previously been available in other formats - such as PDFs and Word Documents.
We required a complete overhaul of our online registration process. Alan was excellent in clarifying the business process and building our website to support this. He has been extremely responsive and creative in helping us meet our goals - and good humoured too!

The final result has newly developed tools for joining and building teams online (when you sign up for a challenge event). People registering for events are now able to take part in an online community where they can customise their profiles, write their own blogs and network with other particpants.
The project was completed on a very short timescale over several weeks in time for the new season's marketing campaign.
