Setting Global options
Open up the K2Notify Plugin to specify global settings
Setting notifications for K2 item submissions
Send on all submissions :
Set to yes to turn on notifications for every category submitted to in the front end of K2
Send on edit:
Set to yes if you want to trigger a notification when a K2 item is edited
Email address(s) to send to:
Put one email address in here. Add more than one by separating with a comma, eg This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Global Email Subject Line:
This will set the subject line of the notification email
Email From Name:
This will set the from name of the notification email
Include K2 item:
This will include the K2 item in the email body including extrafields.
Setting K2 Category Specific options
Open up a K2 Category and you will see that there is now a Email Notification Settings screen beneath the category description.
Item Submission Notifications
Enable submission notifications:
Set to 'On' if you want to trigger a notification when a K2 item is submitted to this specific category
Send on edits:
Set to yes if you want to trigger a notification when a K2 item is edited in this specific category
Email address(s) to send to:
Put one email address in here. Add more than one by separating with a comma, eg This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
