GP registration

ACS works hard to bring carers’ issues to the attention of GPs and other medical professionals in Surrey. It is important that your GP knows that you are a carer so that they are aware of the extra pressures you are under and can offer you appropriate help, information or entitlements. To register with your GP as a carer, you must fill in a form at the surgery.
