projectmanagerAt Joomkit we  have a small dynamic team and asscoiated professionals assembled for projects. This makes us agile and quick to develop and respond to changing circumstances.

We like to be flexible with our methodology so give great importance to listening to clients. Once we have pinned down the brief then we manage most of our projects online. We have successfully adopted an online project management system for web projects which clients have found extremely useful.

This lets us manage milestones, to-do lists, files, messages and comments - all the interaction needed to keep everyone up to date, focused and communicating  through a project.And of course we like to meet face-to-face.
